My name is Nika. I started my fitness journey in 2019 after becoming widowed in 2016.  Fortunately, I found fitness, and it saved my life!! I have lost 100 pounds through dedication, determination and discipline. Now, I'm certified in personal training to focus on assisting others to reach their goals.
